Uterus measures about 94× 56×41 mm . There are few ill defined foci of focal myometrial heterogenicity which could be followed by transvaginal sonographic control to exclude small fibromas . Endometrial thickness is 6.5 mm. Ovaries are normal in size and stromal echogenicity . Right ovary measures 30×17 mm . Left ovary measures 36×22 mm . Multiple foci of bright echodensities are seen in stroma of both ovaries . ( calcification ? ) Frank circumscr5ibed mass is not seen .
