Bilateral breasts ultrasonic examination and Both Axillary US Breast implants are noted bilaterally showing smooth borders and normal internal echotexture . Background echo texture of both breasts are heterogeneous fibroglandular. Increased echogenicity and thickness of fibroglandular tissues , accompanied by tubular hypoechoic components are seen more prominently in retro areola and upper outer quadrants of both breasts suggesting fibrocystic changes . There are multiple ( innumerable ) hypoechoic lesions in both breasts , more in number and size in left breast : most of the lesions are anechoic ( cysts ) , some of them are septated or moderately thick walled . In right breast the lesions are small and discrete upto 5.5 mm . In left breast , the lesions are multiple ( innumerable ) , specially in upper quadrants upto 10 mm , some of them are close together , as an elongated series of cluster cysts upto 29 mm in overall length , in UOQ of left breast . There are also two hypoechoic parallel lesion in 3 oclock line of left breast , midzone , close together , measuring upto 10×4 mm which could be very hypoechoic solid lesions or thick debri containing cysts , MRI is recommended . Normal appearing axillary lymph nodes are noted .
