THORACIC SPINE MRI Technique The examination is performed using multiple thin slices on different planes and pulse sequences. Report Height of T11 vertebral body is decreased about 25% associated with severe bone bruise infavor of compression fracture. Disk osteophyte complex projection are noted at T10-T11, T11-T12 levels causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral recess obliteration . Small abnormal hypersignal intensity foci is noted at T7 vertebral body which is high signal at both T1 and T2/W sequences infavor of probable hemangioma. Modic type II degenerative changes is seen at T12-L1 level associated with small marginal osteophyte formation . Signal intensity of other vertebral bodies are normal. Height of other vertebral bodies are normal. All disks are at least partially dehydrated The size and signal intensity of visualized cord is normal. سپاس از شما
